Dear all,
2010 has been a very prolific year for The Red Heads and within a few months, we received the support of hundreds of fans around the world who joined the existing group. We are very proud of that, thank you all!
As we are only a few days (yes, a few dayyyys!!) away from our departure for the fabulous “LasVegas2011 by The Red Heads” mission and from the Premiere of Céline Dion’s brand new show in Las Vegas, you probably thought that we were dealing with the last details of the trip, bustling about one aspect or another, thinking about the number of socks we would put in our suitcase while waiting patiently for the D-day…
Why not… Hmm… well no, this is so boring!!!!
What makes the difference of our group is this little touch of fantasy… this desire to mobilize all The Red Heads around federal projects, with the only aim to create the event. And every time, each of you takes part in them without waiting for anything in return.
Well… this time… one of you might be rewarded… rewarded?? Alright, you have waited long enough, time has come to reveal all the details of our new fantasy, there you go!

Only 55 days away from Céline Dion’s come back on the stage of the Colosseum, and to start the year on a crazy note, show us the excitement that drives you, share your passion with everybody, this craziness that Céline Dion’s music and songs create, by filming yourselves and sending you videos.
YOU are the star!
Don’t tell us that you have never danced alone in front of you mirror or in your bathroom while listening to Céline and pretending to be her!!!! We are all the same, aren’t we?
So don’t hide anymore, show us your most beautiful choreographies, your craziest moves, your wildest lip-syncs, and if you do have a voice, offer us your most passionate singing, all with only on theme: Céline Dion’s songs! More details on the rules below, chapter « Rules ».

As you can see, for the first time fans have organized an international contest based on a totally new concept. In the end, fans will help other fans to win. You and only you are holding the reins to your destiny: stop waiting, GO IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA, record a video and let your imagination guide you. Everyone’s participation is important, and even if your video is simple, it will still be a beautiful expression of your passion. You don’t have a video-camera? A camera or a webcam will do! We are counting on everyone’s participation. Essential words : participation, creativity, originality, enthusiasm and Céline Dion!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
– Step 1
From D-55 to D-34 (until Tuesday 8th of february): send your videos.
You will have from January 20th 9:30pm to February 8th 8pm (Paris time) to send us your video. It MUST contain one (or several) Céline Dion songs, on which you have to perform. Send us your video on which you will reveal your hidden talents! You can sing? You can dance? You can play an instrument? None of that? No matter what your film is, you will have to be original for your video to win the contest! Only one obligation, use a Céline Dion song: if you dance or lip-sync, turn on the sound of a Céline song out loud! If you want to sing, only Céline songs will be accepted. You can use a song, karaoke music, your own instrumental creation, you decide! You can sing live, lip-sync, dance, dress up… you decide! Alone or in a group… you decide! Be original and imaginative if you want your video to win!
How to send your video: use a standard video format. It has to last no more than 5 minutes. Then upload it on one of the free uploading websites such as rapidshare or megaupload, and send us the link to lesredheads5@gmail.com.

D-35: opening of the votes.
After receiving all the videos before February 8th 8pm, they will be posted on the 9th midnight on our Facebook page. You will then be able to watch them, choose and vote your favorite one(s). You will have from the 9th to the 12th midnight to invite all your friends to watch your video and click on “I like”.
– Step 3
On Saturday, 12th of february, the votes stop, the finalists are announced, the videos are sent to the Jury. The 5 videos that will have the more “I like” will be the finalist videos. The exceptional Jury will decide on the winner depending on the originality, the talent, the quality of the video. On February 12th, the videos will be sent to the Jury and they will have 72 hours to decide on the winner.

D-30: announcement of the winners
On Tuesday, 15th of February, a month before Céline’s Premiere in Vegas… the winners will be proclaimed… a good way to celebrate Céline’s return!!
